Welcome to Your Local Dive Center

Whether you're just getting started in scuba diving or you're a seasoned diver ready for the next great adventure, the crew at Scuba Frisco is here for you. We offer exceptional training and equipment for scuba divers at all levels of experience, from beginner to professional. We are proud to be your local dive center!

At our dive center, we feature the finest diving gear from top manufacturers. Our crew will help you to get the right gear for your diving style, and we will make sure the fit is just right to maximize your diving enjoyment and safety.

We maintain an on-site service facility staffed by factory trained scuba technicians. Utilizing the newest tools and testing equipment available, we can provide the best maintenance and repair for all of your dive gear.

Two breathing air compressors, cascaded air storage systems and fill stations with the ability to fill all styles of scuba tanks are available. One air fill station is located at our dive center, and the other at our pool training location.

Your Professional Dive Crew

Our crew members are a top shelf team of diving educators. Whether learning to dive, enhancing your diving abilities, getting personalized gear advise or experiencing amazing underwater adventures, the Scuba Frisco crew is here for you every step of the way. We are continuously educating ourselves and collaborating with other dive industry professionals to ensure we are bringing you the best that scuba diving has to offer.

Quality PADI Training

PADI Divers carry the most respected and sought after scuba diving credentials in the world. No matter where you choose to dive, your PADI certification card will be recognized and accepted. In fact, on most scuba diving adventures, you’ll be surrounded by other PADI Divers who made the same certification choice you did – to train with the world’s largest and most respected scuba diving training organization. Scuba Frisco is proud to be a PADI 5-Star Dive Center and Instructor Development Center.

Modern Training Gear

For training and rental, a fleet of high quality diving equipment is available to our divers. Our equipment fleet includes tanks, weights, regulators, dive computers, BCDs, wetsuits, masks, snorkels, and fins. A variety of sizes and styles allow us to accommodate most body types for in-water comfort. We feature high quality diving gear from Aqua Lung and Scubapro in our training and rental fleets.

Indoor Pool

We conduct confined water training for our courses at The Colony Aquatic Park, just a few short miles down the road from our dive center. We utilize a competition size, indoor, heated pool for year round training. Since the pool is big, and our classes are small, you will never feel crowded underwater. There's plenty of room to maneuver and truly feel what it's like to scuba dive. In addition, all the scuba gear you will need is kept onsite so you won't need to haul anything but your mask, snorkel, and fins to the pool when you learn to dive.

Local Open Water Sites

Close to home, and located just a 75 minute drive from Frisco, The Scuba Ranch in Terrell serves as the ideal location for our open water training dives. A private lake with no boat traffic or fishing, The Scuba Ranch offers easy access and a safe environment for divers. Depths range from 20 to 50 feet. Freshwater fish abound among the many rock formations, along with numerous sunken boats and aircraft. Park facilities include a private Scuba Frisco pavilion for plenty of shade from the sun between dives, large docks and ladders for easy access to and from the water, underwater platforms at 20 to 25 feet for practicing skills, an air fill station, equipment rentals, RV and camping areas and shower facilities.

For training requiring a deeper site, such as in the Advanced Open Water Diver and Deep Diver courses, we head to Windy Point Park on beautiful Lake Travis on the north side of Austin. This is one of the top diving hot spots in the Central Texas area. It has been recognized by various divers and instructors from all over the state. Divers will find boat wrecks and unique metal sculptures of a scuba diver, a sea turtle and a shark  along with other interesting objects. There are various boat wrecks, a Pinto and more! Divers with advanced training and experience can enjoy the deep underwater canyon wall, plunging to depths well over 100 feet. Air fill station, changing facilities, clean portable restrooms and outdoor heated showers are available for your comfort.

We look forward to diving with you soon!
