Been awhile since your last dive?
If you've lost your certification card, and it's been more than a year since your last dive, we recommend checking out our PADI ReActivate refresher course. In addition to refreshing your dive skills and knowledge, you will also receive a new certification card with a new photo. You, your dive buddies, and your divemaster will appreciate that you've refreshed your skills and are fully prepared to dive on your next vacation.
Need to upgrade your Junior certification?
To upgrade your card from Junior to standard certification level, please complete the Replacement Card Online Application for your Junior certification level, and your card will print with the new/updated level with the age appropriate restrictions removed.

If you recently earned a new PADI certification, congratulations! Please note that it typically takes a couple of weeks to receive your certification cards.
